Read more...John Elam has been a resident of Palm Bay for over 23 years. He is a Life Time Member of the National Rifle Association and is a certified NRA instructor. He is a gun enthusiast and is a member of the Colt Collectors Association. He is an avid hunter and is a Ducks Unlimited Volunteer. He currently serves as the Shotgun Director for the Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club. John retired from the US Army as a Command Sergeant Major with over 32 years of service.
